WHAT IS A POP UP WEDDING?


A pop-up wedding is an all-inlcusive one-hour ceremony and cocktail hour perfect for couples who want a small intimate wedding, surrounded by family and friends.




HOW DOES IT WORK ?


Please submit your information on contact page or shoot an email at info@mirageconroe.com letting us know your desired ceremony date and time. We will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule a call or in-person meeting to get to know you and go over all the details. Once you've signed the contract and deposit has been received, we will email you a planning package and vendor contact information. Thirty days before your wedding, your day- of- coordinator will schedule a planning meeting to discuss your timeline and wedding day details. Final payments and guest count along with add ons are due at your 30 day consultation.




CAN I HAVE MORE THAN 20 GUESTS?


Yes, you may invite up to 55 guests including children and bridal party. There is a small fee for the addtional guest of $25pp.




WHAT IS A TYPICAL POP UP WEDDING TIMELINE ?


We recommend arriving thirty minutes before your scheduled ceremony time. The ceremony and cocktail reception last one hour and then you off to your private couples photo session.




IS MY BRIDAL PARTY INCLUDED IN MY GUEST COUNT ?


Yes your bridal party is included in your guest count. We do not include the bride and groom as apart of the guest count.




CAN I BRING MY OWN OFFICANT


Your package includes a non-demoninational officiant.However, we understand that some couples want to have someone they know personally, officiate their ceremony, if you do bring your officiant we will apply $100 credit to your final invoice.




WHAT IF WE ARRIVE LATE?


Couples arriving late will be allowed to use their remaining time, NO additional time will be added to your ceremony,cocktail reception or, photos session.




CAN I CUSTOMIZE OUR BOUQUET AND BOUTUONNIERE ?


Yes, You will be able to schedule a video consultation with choosen floral designer to discuss the look and feel of your bouquet and boutonniere.




DOES MY PACKAGE INCLUDE FLOWERS FOR OUR FAMILY AND BRIDAL PARTY


No, however, you may up grade your floral package during your consultation with the florist. Upgrades are paid directly to the vendor.




CAN WE SELECT OUR CEREMONY MUSIC?


Yes, you will receive a playlist questionnarie in your planning package . Your Dj will schedule a call to reveiw your playlist, 2 weeks before your wedding.




CAN WE CUSTOMZIE OUR WEDDING CAKE?


We provide a six or eight- inch round layered wedding cake with buttercream icing. You may choose the color and flavor from our menu. We will have mini cup cake samples on hand during your 30 day planning session for you to try.




WHAT IS INCLUDE IN THE PHOTOGRAPHY PACAKAGE ?


The photography package includes: 1-2 Professional Photographers. 1-hour fo photography to capture your ceremony. 30-minute Couples Photo Session psot ceremony High-resolution edited images delivered via online gallery with print/share/download rights.




WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED


We accept ACH bank transfers,most credit cards, cash and money orders. We do charge a 3% fee on all credit card transactions .




CAN WE CHOOSE OUR CEREMONY TIME ?


Yes, we offer the following ceremony times with recommned arrival time of thirty minutes before your ceremony. 10:00 am 12:00 pm 2:00 pm 4:00 pm 6:00 pm 8:00 pm
